yeah, i know...hella corny/overused/cliche title for a blog about going on a trip. and not even really a real trip at that...we're leaving for san diego for a DAY. and the flight each way is like an hour. but whatever, i'm psyched about my new suitcase i found at the thrift store in vallejo ($3.99 baby!).

speaking of things that aren't cheap though, i can't find my ipod, which is a pretty wack bourgie thing to be complaining about anyway, so i won't elaborate. but i can't go a day without my muzakk! luckily, i was able to dig up my old discman. remember those things? 3-second esp, boiiiiiiii!! so i'm burning a cd to bring to the trip, and i only get 18 tracks to pack songs to fit every possible mood and musical craving i may experience within my 24 hours away from my music collection (yikes!). the results:
